Shu Lea Cheang (Chairperson, Director) is a media artist, filmmaker and networker. She has exhibited worldwide with media art works and collected by Whitney Museum of American Art, MoMA and the Guggenheim Museum in New York and NTT[ICC] in Tokyo.

John Carson Woo (Vice Chairperson, Director) is co-founder and President of Woo Art International, a New York based creative services and visual communications firm founded in 1980. He currently leads Asian CineVision Film Festival in New York City.

Jennifer Fong (Secretary, Treasurer, Director) is a veteran indie producer, concerned citizen and activist and the current Executive Producer /Creative of branding, strategy and design of Los Angeles-based media company Ferroconcrete.

Amanda McDonald Crowley (Director) is a cultural worker and curator who creates new media and contemporary art events and programs that encourage cross-disciplinary practice, collaboration and exchange. Her current research focuses on ArtTechFood.

Ilze Black (Director) is media arts practitioner, curator and researcher. Her projects and research focus on network populism, open communities and transnational society. She co-founded media collectives - Raylab, AmbientTV and TAKE2030.

Shari Frilot (Director) is an independent filmmaker, Senior Programmer of the Sundance Film Festival and the Chief Curator of New Frontier which focuses its curation in the emerging field and hybrid projects.
